My background<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After studying Economics at the University of Birmingham, I started my career as a consultant within the Strategy & Analytics division of IBM, working primarily as a business analyst and project manager on large scale systems integration projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I then moved on to NTT DATA, where I worked in their Business, Process & Strategy practice and undertook roles within change management, transformation and began my transition in to product management, with multiple roles in digital customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, I took the opportunity to go ‘client side’ to increase my knowledge of working in the industry itself, taking a role as a Senior Product Manager at BT, leading ‘My BT’, which is the logged in area of the BT website for existing customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019 I joined Digital Directories. The name is deliberately vague, but the focus was on connecting lawyers with potential customers and is therefore both a B2B and a B2C proposition and it’s been fun working on a product with a dual focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In late 202 I joined The Keyholding Company, the UK market leaders in mobile security services, to establish and grow the product function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m now available for new opportunities so if you or anyone you know is looking for a product leader – point them in my direction!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
